Location: Germany
- Design, customize, and maintain application installation packages using PSApp Deployment Toolkit (PSADT) and MSIX technology
- Perform application testing, validation, and quality assurance prior to deployment
- Maintain versioning, documentation, and release notes based on Git Lab functionality
- Deploy applications through enterprise platforms including Microsoft Intune, Ivanti UEM and other industry-standard systems
- Collaborate directly with stakeholders to gather requirements, clarify technical needs and provide packaging recommendations
- Advise on best practices for endpoint and software lifecycle management
- Monitor deployment success rates and troubleshoot failed installations
- Provide Level-3 support for complex installation or compatibility issues
- Analyze logs, perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes
