The Ruhlin Company is seeking to hire a Systems Support Coordinator to sit in our Sharon Center office. This position reports to our Assistant Director of Information Technology.

Summary: Provide first-level technical and administrative support to ensure that the technology used in staff workflows and daily operations runs smoothly and effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely, professional, and effective support to users.
  • Minimize IT asset downtime and reduce disruptions during support incidents to maintain smooth business operations.
  • Promote and foster cyber security culture and assist in the management of the cyber security training system.
  • Troubleshoot and maintain hardware and software on a preventive as well as a corrective basis.
  • Set up and configure user hardware in accordance with departmental standards and best practices.
  • Provide users with help desk support; travel to regional office as needed.
  • Maintain and manage endpoints and IT assets.
  • Stay current on emerging IT trends and assess their potential impact on the company’s technology.
  • Participate in the planning and execution of IT initiatives.
  • Set up the structure for new jobs in MS Teams.
  • Conduct IT onboarding for new employees, including setup and orientation of cell phones, iPads, computers, and initial password setup.
  • Participate in IT-related meetings and brainstorming sessions as needed to support collaboration and problem solving.
  • Perform additional assignments as directed by the Assistant Director of IT.
