• Own the Knowledge Platform and Knowledge Apps, CMS, and AI‑powered knowledge distribution tools – used by thousands of customers and internal agents daily.
• Drive the automation and intelligent maintenance of large‑scale, ever‑changing content systems, especially around global labour laws and compliance data.
• Partner deeply with content, engineering, design, AI, support, legal, and GTM teams to build both backend systems and polished frontend experiences.
• Shape how knowledge is structured, stored, and distributed – from schema design to UX surface.
