We are looking for an experienced Support Lead – DMS to manage the L1/L2 Application Support function for automotive dealership customers across Germany.
The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise (Java or .NET background), ITIL-based support leadership, and dealership domain knowledge
. This role acts as the escalation point for critical issues and bridges Support, Engineering, Product, and Customer teams.
- Strong Java or .NET background
- Application Support experience (mandatory)
- ITIL experience (ITIL Foundation preferred)
- Experience as Support Lead / Application Manager
- Infrastructure-only support experience will not be considered
- Fluent German (C1/C2 required)
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Lead and mentor L1/L2 Support Engineers
- Manage workload distribution and shift planning
- Monitor and ensure SLA compliance
- Conduct performance reviews and coaching
