• Lead root‑cause analysis to resolve complex technical issues and reduce recurring support tickets.
• Design and implement scalable IT solutions in collaboration with security and Dev Ops teams.
• Manage and optimise Microsoft systems, including Entra , Intune, and Exchange Online.
• Deliver IT projects such as onboarding automation, compliance policies, and system enhancements.
• Monitor system health and device compliance while maintaining accurate technical documentation.
• Automate repetitive processes to improve service efficiency and operational performance.

• Possess at least five years of experience in IT support, system administration, or related roles.
• Demonstrate strong troubleshooting skills across macOS, Windows, and cloud‑based environments.
• Exhibit solid knowledge of Microsoft tools, including Entra , Intune, and Exchange Online.
