Nachverfolgung und Weiterverfolgung von Entscheidungen auf Führungsebene - Konzeption, Durchführung und Dokumentation geeigneter Formate (z.
B. Workshops) sowie Sicherstellung der Koordination aller erforderlichen Stakeholder - Leitung strategischer und konzeptioneller Initiativen und Projekte – z.
B. Prozessverbesserungen, organisatorische Transformation, Weiterentwicklung des IT-Betriebsmodells
