- Entgegennahme von Anrufen auf der 1st-Level-Support-Hotline
- Gemeinsame Problemlösung mit dem Kunden am Telefon
- Aufnahme von Problemfällen und Dokumentation in einem Ticketsystem
- Troubleshooting im Bereich Hard- und Software in einer Windows-Umgebung
- Übergabe von Tickets an den 2nd-Level-Support
