We are seeking a Senior Manager, Planning Systems for our Digital Supply Solutions group. The role acts as a product owner and is responsible for end‑to‑end planning systems from strategy, team development and leadership, business stakeholder management, and delivery and maintenance of planning capabilities. The position provides subject matter expertise in supply chain planning, hands‑on system knowledge, and experience with AI opportunities.

• Lead the Supply Chain Planning Transformation Program: responsible for implementation of advanced planning capabilities; manage portfolio of digital supply chain programs spanning demand, supply, inventory and manufacturing planning; work across teams and external partners to drive major transformation; scope, plan, and manage projects, quality of software development, risks, schedules, communication plans, and deliverables; build a global template of supply‑chain planning capabilities and rollouts across 33+ growing plants worldwide.
• Planning Product & Architecture: build supply chain planning capabilities as a product; serve as primary IT contact to business stakeholders; bring a Dev Ops mindset and help expand it into a CoE; standardize the planning global template and baselining with industry and tool standards; orchestrate executive‑level partnerships with global integrators, utilizing performance scorecards to drive excellence in sustainability, cost, and capacity;
  
  own and manage relevant KPIs.
• Team Leadership and Talent Development: mentor and grow a high‑performing global team, fostering a data‑driven culture; responsible for team development, hiring and onboarding new talent.
• Thought Leadership & Mentorship: revolutionize end‑to‑end supply chain models; serve as a senior technical mentor to data engineers, solution architects, and product teams; introduce best practices, emerging patterns, and modern architectural approaches; influence stakeholders across business and technology with strong communication, storytelling, and technical depth.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Statistics, or related field. MBA or master’s preferred but not required.
• 12+ years of progressive experience in implementing supply chain solutions for major companies.
• Deep domain expertise in supply chain planning across multiple capabilities of demand forecasting, multi‑level integrated supply planning, distribution, inventory optimization, manufacturing planning and scheduling, ATP/CTP.
• Multiple end‑to‑end implementations of advanced planning technologies including Kinaxis Rapid Response/Maestro, O9, Blue Yonder.
• Proven experience translating business processes into scalable digital solutions.
• Experience leading small to mid‑size teams.
• Strong understanding of end‑to‑end supply chain processes and supply chain strategies (ETO/CTO, MEIO, VMI, etc).
• Preferred:
  • Kinaxis Maestro authoring and solution consultant certifications.
  • Experience enabling AI/ML for supply‑chain use cases.
  • Prior experience with global manufacturing environments.
  • Background in solution architecture or enterprise architecture.
