Amazon Web Services (AWS) Infrastructure Services owns the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure. We support all AWS data centers and servers, storage, networking, power, and cooling equipment to ensure continuous customer access. This role focuses on the stability and sustainability of next‑generation networks and the development of automation and scaling solutions.
Key Job Responsibilities- Scale support of several data center locations and provide day‑to‑day capacity management assistance.
- Work closely with internal customers and external vendors to facilitate smooth project execution as directed by Network Leadership and Technical Project Managers.
- Leverage experience supporting large‑scale, enterprise‑class networks for network implementation, troubleshooting, and the migration, configuration, and rollout of new or upgraded hardware.
- Maintain and refine operational procedures and best practices for AWS’s vast network infrastructure.
- Use ticketing systems and workflows to manage priorities and complete customer requests and projects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to remove project obstacles and troubleshoot networking, routing, and interconnectivity issues.
- Specify power and cooling requirements and ensure hardware racking/stacking is completed for new equipment.
- Regularly lift and/or move up to 40 pounds; participate in group lifts for 41+ pounds.
- Work in an environment that operates 24/7; participate in primary responder rotation and provide after‑hours support as needed.
- Operate in cramped, elevated, or noisy environments.
- Bend, lift, stretch, reach, stand, and walk for up to 8+ hours a day.
- Ascend and descend ladders, stairs, and gangways safely.
Travel within and outside the regional work area is required. Candidates must have a reliable personal vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
Basic Qualifications- 2+ years of computer hardware troubleshooting and repair experience.
- 1+ year of computer networking experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience dealing effectively with customers during problem resolution.
- Ability to operate efficiently under pressure.

Benefits and CompensationStarting pay ranges from $27.00 to $48.00 USD per hour in Plain City, OH. Final compensation will be based on experience, qualifications, and location.
