We are looking for someone who truly understands products in depth and drives them forward.

Your Responsibilities as Lead Product & Process Architect
  • Understand customers & identify needs:
    Direct communication with customers to identify real requirements and pain points
  • Simplify processes:
    Translate complex workflows into clear and intuitive user experiences
  • Develop solutions:
    Independently design functional and visual product solutions
  • Own projects:
    Lead initiatives and ensure proper execution across teams
  • Reduce complexity:
    Challenge existing concepts and consistently simplify processes and designs
  • Cross‑functional collaboration:
    Work closely with design and development teams as a key decision‑maker
  • Business‑driven thinking:
    Continuously improve products from both a user and business perspective
Your Profile
  • At least 6 years of relevant professional experience in a comparable environment
  • Successfully completed university degree, ideally with a technical background
  • Excellent German skills at native level (C2)
  • Strong understanding of business processes and economic relationships
  • Ability to structure and communicate complex topics clearly and effectively
  • Experience in independently designing products or processes
  • Solution‑oriented working style with a high level of ownership
  • Clear and convincing communication skills (internally and externally)
  • High quality standards regarding usability and simplicity
Nice to have
  • Experience in UX/UI design
  • Experience in B2B software environments
