Lead Product & Process Architect (all genders)
We are not looking for a traditional Product Manager.
We are looking for someone who truly understands products in depth and drives them forward.

Your Responsibilities as Lead Product & Process Architect- Understand customers & identify needs:
Direct communication with customers to identify real requirements and pain points - Simplify processes:
Translate complex workflows into clear and intuitive user experiences - Develop solutions:
Independently design functional and visual product solutions - Own projects:
Lead initiatives and ensure proper execution across teams - Reduce complexity:
Challenge existing concepts and consistently simplify processes and designs - Cross‑functional collaboration:
Work closely with design and development teams as a key decision‑maker - Business‑driven thinking:
Continuously improve products from both a user and business perspective
- At least 6 years of relevant professional experience in a comparable environment
- Successfully completed university degree, ideally with a technical background
- Excellent German skills at native level (C2)
- Strong understanding of business processes and economic relationships
- Ability to structure and communicate complex topics clearly and effectively
- Experience in independently designing products or processes
- Solution‑oriented working style with a high level of ownership
- Clear and convincing communication skills (internally and externally)
- High quality standards regarding usability and simplicity
- Experience in UX/UI design
- Experience in B2B software environments
- Real ownership of key products
- Direct impact on customers and business success
- Fast decision‑making without corporate bureaucracy
