Position Overview

As the Complex Delivery Lead, you will oversee the delivery of large-scale projects and programs for complex accounts, utilizing a multi-geography delivery model.

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technological solutions.
• Utilize your deep technology knowledge and industry expertise.
• Apply Agile and SAFe methodologies during solution delivery.
• Implement comprehensive end-to-end programs, including Platforms (Custom, PaaS, Salesforce, Workday, SAP, Oracle, etc.).
• Collaborate with global delivery teams across various locations.
• Shape and deliver solutions tailored to industry needs.

• At least 12 years of experience in Delivery Management focused on System Integration or Application and Infrastructure Support/Development.
• A minimum of 6 years of experience in Agile methodologies, preferably with SAFe certification.
• At least 5 years of experience managing offshore teams.
• A minimum of 4 years of industry-related experience.
• A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience (12 years). An Associate Degree with 6 years of experience is also acceptable.

• Proficiency in Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience in the industry.
• Technical delivery experience with PLM applications and platforms.
• Experience in managing enterprise data migration programs.
• Familiarity with Siemens Engineering platforms.
• Ability to foster a team-oriented environment.
• Creative and analytical problem‑solving skills.
• Aptitude for navigating challenging client environments.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and management skills to engage with senior Business and IT stakeholders.
