Overview
Strategic Imperative:
The Sr. Dev Ops Engineer will play a crucial role in optimizing Prodege's infrastructure and processes, ensuring efficient and reliable software delivery.
- Collaborate with teams to enhance release velocity and streamline software delivery processes.
- Support the implementation of Dev Ops best practices focusing on containerization and IaC methodologies.
- Assist in managing scalable cloud-native infrastructure, preference for AWS.
- Contribute to design, optimization, and management of Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment processes.
- Implement containerization using Docker and apply infrastructure as code practices.
- Enhance system monitoring and logging to ensure reliability, performance, and security.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years of experience in Dev Ops or related roles.
- Proficiency in AWS preferred.
- Knowledge of Docker containerization.
- Experience with Terraform or similar Infrastructure-as-Code.
- Capability in designing and managing CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of Kubernetes cluster management.
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools.
- Ability to apply AI and machine learning tools responsibly.
- Skills in configuration management and scripting.
- Experience in serverless computing and microservices architecture.
- Knowledge of additional cloud platforms or related technologies.
- Advanced scripting and configuration management tool experience.
