Job Description About the RoleA specialist enterprise financial services advisory firm is seeking a Consulting Manager — Financial Services to contribute to initiatives across Strategic Transformations, AI/Data Analytics, and Cybersecurity. The role will support client engagements focused on Insurance IT & Operations and help shape the Company’s service offerings.

Key responsibilities
* Trusted leadership support:
Provide functional and operational expertise within the Insurance practice, advising senior leaders and supporting client engagements across Insurance IT & Operations.
* Client relationships & delivery quality:
Build and nurture client relationships, ensuring high-quality deliverables and reliable execution throughout engagements.
* People leadership:
Lead, develop and coach engagement teams to create a collaborative, high-performance environment and deliver superior client outcomes.
* Business development:
Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities with existing clients and work to expand service offerings through deep client understanding.
* Intellectual property & thought leadership:
Own and evolve key IP assets (for example, SOC and IAM capabilities within Cybersecurity), and contribute to external-facing activities (e.g., articles, web projects) on a regular basis.
* Commercial enablement:
Contribute to proposal development, sales materials, external communications and event participation to promote the Company’s expertise.

Candidate profile

* Experience:

Minimum several years of full-time professional experience in the insurance sector, ideally with exposure to large-scale transformation programs in Insurance IT & Operations and experience from a top-tier consulting environment in the Country market.

* Education:

Strong academic background in an analytical discipline (Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Physics, Finance, Economics) or equivalent professional track record.

* Languages:

Professional proficiency in English; additional language skills (e.g., German) are an advantage.
* Mindset:
Entrepreneurial, proactive, ownership-oriented with a bias for action.
* Analytical ability:
Strong data-driven problem solving and the ability to translate analysis into practical recommendations.
* Communication:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective stakeholder management internally and externally.
