Position: Project Manager (Cleared – Cloud Modernization / IC Environment) with Security Clearance
Location: Wright-Patterson AFB

Position Overview
OSAAVA Services is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support mission system delivery aligned with operations at the National Air and Space Intelligence Center (NASIC) located at Wright-Patterson AFB.
This role will lead secure cloud modernization and mission system integration efforts within classified environments. The selected candidate will manage cross-functional technical teams supporting secure data platforms, system integration initiatives, and Dev Sec Ops -enabled delivery pipelines.
The ideal candidate will have experience managing technical programs within cleared environments, with a strong background in secure cloud ecosystems, Agile program execution, and mission-focused system integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery supporting mission systems within classified cloud environments

• Manage project scope, schedule, risk, and cost across cross-functional engineering and technical teams

• Coordinate system integration across mission platforms, enterprise systems, and secure data environments

• Support secure cloud modernization and digital transformation initiatives aligned with DoD and Intelligence Community objectives

• Interface with government stakeholders, program leadership, and technical teams to ensure mission alignment

• Ensure compliance with DoD cybersecurity requirements, including RMF, STIG implementation, and system accreditation standards

• Support Dev Sec Ops -enabled development life cycles and modern software delivery practices

• Drive Agile program execution while maintaining operational security and compliance requirements

• Track program milestones, risks, and performance metrics, providing regular updates to leadership and stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance

• DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification (CompTIA Security+ or equivalent)

• 5+ years of experience managing technical or IT programs within cleared or classified environments

• Experience delivering projects within secure cloud or classified computing ecosystems

• Experience managing Agile or Scrum-based technical programs

• Strong understanding of system integration, enterprise platforms, and mission-support technologies

• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage competing priorities in mission-critical environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting Intelligence Community (IC) or cross-domain environments

• Experience leading cloud modernization or digital transformation initiatives

• Familiarity with Dev Sec Ops  pipelines and secure software delivery environments

• Exposure to AI/ML-enabled mission systems or advanced data platforms
