Compunnel Inc. is looking for a candidate to provide essential execution support to an AI Adoption team, ensuring documentation remains current, supporting user onboarding and enablement, managing an intake queue, and facilitating program operations.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain and update user guides and reference documentation as the product evolves.
- Track changes to the Power BI dashboard and reflect them in user-facing documentation.
- Manage a clear change log for users to review product updates.
- Monitor dashboard changes and validate documentation accuracy.
- Onboard new users to the AI adoption dashboard.
- Develop, refresh, and maintain enablement materials, including quick-start guides, walkthroughs, and FAQs.
- Serve as the first point of contact for user questions, escalating complex issues to the Program Manager and technical team.
- Create and manage a user distribution list for communication and updates.
- Oversee the incoming queue of questions, requests, and feedback across various channels (email, Teams, feedback forms); triage and categorize items by urgency, route them to the appropriate owners, and close the loop with requesters.
- Identify and report recurring themes and friction points to inform roadmap and enablement priorities.
- Create Jira stories based on trending user feedback.
- Ensure recurring processes, such as cadence meetings, communications, and reporting cycles, are kept on schedule.
- Provide ad hoc administrative support for AI adoption initiatives.
- Participate in Agile sprint planning sessions, contributing to discussions and managing meeting facilitation.
- 4+ years of experience in complex project environments, operations, customer success, or enablement roles, ideally within technology or analytics teams.
- Highly organized, self‑directed, and comfortable operating in ambiguity.
- Previous project coordination experience.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with measurement, metrics, and analytics dashboards (Power BI or similar) from an end‑user or administrator perspective.
- Strong written communication skills, with a proven ability to produce clear and accurate user‑facing documentation.
- Proven ability to manage a multi‑channel intake queue and maintain commitment visibility.
- Working proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, and Copilot.
- Education:
Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business‑related field.
- Exposure to AI/GenAI adoption, change management, or developer enablement programs.
- AI knowledge and interest.
