About the Role:

The IT project manager/senior business analyst will be responsible for end-to-end IT projects, focused application modifications, and/or application upgrades. This includes analyzing new application opportunities, proposing solutions, scoping projects, gathering business requirements, designing functional solutions, testing applications, training end users, and managing vendors.

Serving in this role presents an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of business and IT challenges, and to significantly enhance the application portfolio for a rapidly growing company focused on serving its customers.

Primary Responsibilities:

* Learn and document business processes to assess opportunities to improve processes with technology.

* Research technical solution options. Create a detailed business analysis, outlining problems and opportunities. Propose recommendations.

* Scope projects. Define and schedule project plans. Lead projects through completion, applying the right amount of project management for the size and complexity of the project.

* Draw out business requirements and write functional specifications for internal or external development. Manage developers to the successful completion of deliverables.

* Define test scenarios and thoroughly test technical deliverables.

* Manage change. Communicate changes, document systems, and train users. Provide post go-live support.

* Onboard new systems and system changes to the help desk.

The Right Candidate:

* Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related discipline, and/or) equivalent relevant experience.

* 3-5 years' experience designing, developing, implementing, and supporting business processes with technical solutions.

* Proven analytical skills. Proven ability to solve problems creatively.

* Familiarity with project management tools, methodologies, and best practices. Strong organizational skills.

* Experience working on projects through the full project life cycle.

* Ability to manage and provide leadership on complex projects that have a high impact.

* Flexible. Able to shift and adjust to changing business priorities and needs.

* Effective communicator. Able to build relationships and communicate with technical and non-technical team members to facilitate the delivery of solutions. Good collaborator.
