Federntechnik Knörzer GmbH is a company that has specialized in the development, manufacture, and distribution of high-quality technical springs for over 45 years, with wire gauges ranging from 0.2 to 30.0 mm, serving the commercial and industrial sectors. The company operates from locations in Pfullingen and Plauen.

To strengthen our commercial team at our Pfullingen location, we are seeking a dedicated Industrial Clerk (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

Your responsibilities will include

• Order Processing: You will oversee the entire order processing workflow.
• Purchasing & Procurement: You will solicit quotes, compare terms, and order raw materials and supplies.
• Customer Service: You will serve as a competent point of contact for our national and international customers.
• Finance: You will assist with the posting of business transactions and invoice verification.
• Master Data Maintenance: You will maintain customer, supplier, and product data in our ERP system.

Your profile

• Education: A successfully completed apprenticeship as an industrial clerk or a comparable business qualification.
• Work Experience: Ideally, you already have some initial work experience in an industrial company.

  Proficiency in MS Office and experience with ERP systems.
• Languages: Excellent written and spoken German; good English skills are a plus.
• Soft Skills: You are characterized by a structured, independent work style, a strong grasp of numbers, and team spirit.
