• You are responsible for the administration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our Hub Spot platform, ensuring that our sales, marketing, and service processes are efficiently mapped and supported.
• You analyze existing processes, identify optimisation opportunities, and work closely with different departments to develop intelligent and scalable CRM solutions.
• You design, implement, and optimise workflows and automations across the entire customer lifecycle as well as internal business processes.
• You manage existing system integrations and actively contribute to the connection of new systems such as ERP, ticketing, marketing, and reporting solutions.
• You ensure high data quality and continuously improve CRM structures, pipelines, objects, fields, and permission concepts.
• You create and optimise dashboards, reports, and KPIs and support sales, marketing, and management with data‑driven insights and decision‑making.
• You document processes, system enhancements, and best practices and contribute to CRM, digitalisation, and automation projects.

• You have completed an apprenticeship or hold a degree in Business Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, or possess a comparable qualification.
• You have professional experience in the CRM environment and ideally have already worked with Hub Spot. Alternatively, you have gained experience with comparable CRM systems such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Zoho, or Pipedrive.
• You have a good understanding of sales, marketing, and service processes and are passionate about their digitalisation and optimisation.
• You have experience in the administration, configuration, and further development of CRM systems, as well as in designing workflows and automations.
• Ideally, you have initial knowledge of APIs, interfaces, and system integrations and have already worked with different business applications.
• You work in a structured, analytical, and self‑driven manner and approach challenges with a hands‑on and solution‑oriented mindset.
• You are a strong communicator and enjoy collaborating with different departments and technical stakeholders.
