Orch Hcm Cloud Functional Senior Consultant

The Orch Hcm Cloud Functional Senior Consultant is a hybrid position. In person meetings can be attended in one of the following Mexico locations:
Guadalajara, Monterrey, or Querétaro.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline, Business Administration, Human Resources or equivalent.

Experience:

• 5+ years of experience working with HR process, including 3+ years' experience in Orch (end to end implementation).
• Proven track record of managing full life-cycle implementation of Oracle Fusion Hcm, specifically Orch Module.
• Strong understanding of Recruiting Process Life cycle, Components and different phases, steps of configure.
• Experience in configuration Orch tasks, Geography, Requisition, Csp, Job Applications, Career site, Offer letter, Notification, Journeys, Dff, Eff, EiT, Value Sets, Common Lookups, Workflow and Approval processes.
• Configure Orch solutions to meet client business needs while ensuring seamless integration with other Core Hr and Talent Management.
• Understanding Hr processes (Processes impacting Orch).
• Knowledge in Bi publisher to build offer letter (desirable).
• Experience in inbound and outbound integrations (integration definition).
• Understanding of Otbi, Hdl, Hsdl, Fast Formula and Extract (desirable).
• Knowledge Oracle Taleo, Ebs or People soft (desirable).
• Experience on Data Migration process.
• Ability to learn complex systems and business processes and define requirements for solutions
• Able to coordinate efforts in line with the "bigger picture" to maximize the overall value of project and process initiatives

Preferred:

• Oracle Fusion Orch Certified
• Experience in implementing Orch Module
• Knowledge of one or more of Payroll, Absence, Core Hr, Talent Management module is a plus.
