As a Business Analyst in our Portfolio & Governance department within Springer Nature Technology, you will connect IT and business functions, using your skills in business administration and information technology to deliver value across the organisation. You will support the development of IT processes, systems, and ecosystems throughout their lifecycle—from planning and analysis to delivery and operations—while considering customer, business, and employee perspectives.
