Pluxee operates through a global digital marketing hub‑and‑spoke model, where a central team of experts partners with regional clusters around the world. Each spoke typically supports 3–5 countries, ensuring consistency, innovation, and high‑impact execution across markets.
Within this structure, the SEO Specialist plays a key role in driving measurable business outcomes through organic search performance. You will define and implement SEO strategies (on-page and off-page) to improve visibility, increase organic traffic, and enhance overall business performance across multiple markets. You'll collaborate closely with marketing, content, product, and digital teams in several countries, as well as with other SEO and GEO specialists across the Group, contributing to shared expertise and continuous optimization.
Positioned within one of our digital marketing spokes, this role gives you the opportunity to support at least two countries, influence multi‑market performance, and help accelerate Pluxee's digital growth through data‑driven SEO excellence.
Key Responsibilities- SEO Strategy Implementation:
Develop and execute SEO strategies focused on increasing organic traffic and improving search engine rankings for local markets within the Spoke. - SEO Audits:
Conduct comprehensive SEO audits, analyzing on-page and off-page SEO factors, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing solutions. - Keyword Research:
Perform in-depth keyword research to identify and target the most relevant keywords for content optimization and link-building opportunities. - Page Optimization:
Optimize website content, meta tags, headings, internal linking, and URL structure to ensure better crawlability and improved rankings. - Off-Page SEO:
Implement strategies to improve off-page SEO, including link-building and collaboration with external partners to increase domain authority. - Performance Monitoring:
Track and analyze SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and SEMrush. Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights for improvements. - Collaboration:
Work closely with content, product, and marketing teams to align SEO with overall digital marketing strategies, ensuring integration across channels.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of SEO experience with a proven track record in improving organic traffic and search rankings.
- Experience in global or multicounty roles, will be a plus.
- Strong expertise in on-page and off-page SEO, including conducting audits and implementing optimizations.
- Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and SEMrush, and solid understanding of Google algorithms.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret SEO data and generate actionable insights.
- Results-oriented approach, focused on delivering measurable improvements in organic performance.
- Collaborative and curious mindset, staying up to date with SEO trends and working cross-functionally with content, product, and marketing teams.
