Key Responsibilities:
- Lead ERP Development – Improve and customize our ERP system for scalability.
- Mentor and Guide Teams – Provide technical support and leadership to the development team.
- Ensure Quality and Agile Delivery – Manage implementation using SCRUM/Kanban frameworks.
- Collaborate Across Teams – Work closely with IT leadership and ERP specialists.
- Drive Innovation – Implement modern engineering practices like CI/CD, automated testing, and version control.
Professional Requirements:
- Proven leadership in ERP/CRM development, especially with Microsoft D365 F&O.
- Strong technical expertise in X++,.NET, Power Platform, and software development best practices.
- Ability to collaborate across teams, lead projects, and ensure continuous improvement.
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
- You are passionate about driving innovation and improving ERP systems.
- Fluent English (German is a plus).
