Position
Advisory Solution Consultant – Remote (Germany). Bilingual – German and English required. Full‑time.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with Account Executives to support sales opportunities.
- Engage with customer stakeholders to discover and refine identity and security challenges.
- Deliver compelling technical demonstrations of SailPoint solutions.
- Design solution approaches aligned to customer environments.
- Support proof-of-value engagements and technical evaluations.
- Translate technical capabilities into meaningful business outcomes.
- Collaborate with partners and internal teams across sales, product, and engineering.
- Participate in internal training and support the wider SE team.
- Attend regular team calls to discuss challenges and celebrate wins.
- Strong understanding of SaaS solutions and how they operate.
- Experience with identity and key identity principles.
- Experience with IaaS environments (Azure, AWS, GCP).
- Experience with AI‑driven solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable presenting professionally to diverse audiences, including technical demos.
- Growth mindset, collaborative, ownership of opportunities, and passion for solving real‑world security challenges.
During the first 1‑4 months you will learn the Identity Security space, participate in enablement training, handle initial demos, and deepen knowledge of SailPoint’s sales methodology. Within 6 months to 1 year you will contribute to new technical collateral, build familiarity with regulatory frameworks, speak at conferences, network, and articulate business value to clients.
