Yale New Haven Health System is seeking a desktop support technician to deploy, repair, and maintain devices across multiple facilities. The role requires hands-on experience with PCs, Apple devices, printers, and enterprise tools while maintaining high standards of customer service.
You will work in a fast-paced IT environment, following SOPs, documenting issues and resolutions, and ensuring secure, up-to-date devices for end users. Travel to multiple facilities is required.
