Initial HCP journeys defined and activated

User adoption and engagement metrics tracked

Prioritized roadmap for scale-up

Alignment with IT and architecture for long-term integration

• Proven track record delivering HCP portals / HCP engagement platforms in pharma / healthcare
• Experience launching digital products end-to-end (not just advising)
• Strong understanding of:
  • CRM-driven engagement (e.g. Salesforce)
  • omnichannel / digital customer journeys
  • pharma regulatory environment (MLR constraints)

• Strong product ownership mindset (not project coordination)
• Ability to drive delivery in complex, cross-functional environments
• Pragmatic, execution-focused, able to cut through ambiguity
• Confident stakeholder engagement at senior level

• Exposure to:
  • DAM / content workflows
  • personalization / segmentation
  • AI in customer engagement

• Hands-on, delivery-driven
• Comfortable operating in "build while defining" environments
• Able to challenge stakeholders and drive decisions quickly
• Bias for action and simplification
