Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Delivery Specialist to lead the successful planning, execution, and delivery of complex technology initiatives. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, while maintaining high standards of quality and stakeholder satisfaction. Acting as the key link between technical teams and business stakeholders, you will drive delivery excellence and continuous improvement across the IT function.

Responsibilities
  • Leads end-to-end delivery of IT programs and projects, ensuring alignment to business objectives.
  • Manages cross-functional teams, including internal resources and third-party suppliers.
  • Drives governance, risk management, and reporting across all delivery activities.
  • Ensures effective stakeholder engagement, communication, and expectation management.
  • Oversees project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Promotes agile and/or hybrid delivery methodologies to enhance efficiency and outcomes.
Required

Education and Experience
  • Proven experience in IT delivery, program, or project management within a complex environment, required.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels, required.
  • Experience delivering technology solutions using agile, waterfall, or hybrid methodologies, required.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with a focus on results and continuous improvement, required.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure, required.
  • Relevant certifications such as PRINCE2, PMP, Agile, or equivalent, preferred.
