Technicien - Commune DE AUREC SUR LOIRE

Job Title

The City of Aurec-sur-Loire, a dynamic community of approximately 6,500 inhabitants and a member of the Loire Semène Community of Communes, is recruiting a technician. This position is open to contractual employees, first experience. Under the authority of the Director of Technical Services, you will join a team composed of the Director of Technical Services, a CTM manager, and a technical assistant.

At the heart of the community's projects, you will be involved in various missions:

Management of technical projects:

• Project management: road maintenance, buildings, public lighting, networks, energy, photovoltaics
• Programming, maintenance, and modernization of communal property
• Coordination with service providers and institutional partners (SICTOM, Loire Semène Community of Communes, SPL, etc.)
• Management of circulation orders and DICT

Management of public contracts and technical agreements:

• Conducting contracts in liaison with general affairs/finance services, drafting specifications
• Ensuring administrative follow-up of contracts (public contracts, agreements, service provisions), preparing renewals, verifying clauses, monitoring services, and deadlines

Support for project management and project management tasks:

• Supporting the Director of Technical Services in feasibility studies, project follow-up
• Participating in project planning, follow-up of service providers, and completion of works

Required profiles: minimum of a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) Beginner accepted (internal training planned) Sense of organization and project management Rigor, method, and capacity to alert Good interpersonal skills and communication with elected officials and partners Know-how:
