Peoplesoft Specialist
The People Soft Specialist ensures the stability, performance, and continuous evolution of the organization's People Soft applications. Through hands-on technical support, troubleshooting, and system enhancements, this role safeguards data integrity, drives user adoption, and delivers scalable solutions that keep People Soft a reliable and value-adding platform for the business.
Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day support and maintenance for People Soft applications
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to People Soft software
- Collaborate with end-users to understand their needs and provide effective solutions
- Perform system testing and upgrades to keep the software up-to-date
- Develop and maintain documentation for People Soft processes and procedures
- Assist in the development and implementation of new People Soft modules and features
- Ensure data integrity and security within People Soft applications
- Provide training and support to end-users on People Soft functionalities
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Technical
Skills: - In-depth knowledge of People Soft applications and modules
- Proficiency in People Tools, People Code, and Application Engine
- Experience with SQL and database management
- Understanding of integration tools and techniques within People Soft
- Familiarity with People Soft security and access controls
- Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality
- Time management skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities
- Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Previous experience in a People Soft support or similar role
- Certification in People Soft applications or related technologies is a plus
