In this newly created role, you will drive our CRM and Sales transformation, identify AI opportunities and deliver projects with tangible business impact at the intersection of Sales, IT and data.

• Operational project management for the further development of our CRM
• Gathering, prioritizing and implementing new requirements in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, IT and other stakeholders
• Expansion and integration of Sales, Marketing, Mobile and Business Intelligence solutions
• Identification, management and implementation of AI and automation initiatives within the Sales environment
• Building more efficient sales processes through the use of new technologies and data
• Introduction of new solutions including testing, rollout and user enablement
• Further development of Sales reporting, forecasting and sales-related KPIs

• Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, Data & Analytics or a comparable field
• Alternatively, a technical or commercial qualification with relevant professional experience
• 2-5 years of professional experience in CRM, digitalization, data or IT projects
• Experience leading larger projects and managing stakeholders
• Understanding of modern Sales, data or Business Intelligence solutions
• Interest in AI applications in the Sales environment
• Structured and pragmatic way of working

• Experience in technical sales or an industrial environment
• Knowledge of marketing automation or data management
• Experience with transformation or change projects
