Field Systems Associate

Responsible for the installation, maintenance, and support of Division field IT systems. Field IT systems include PC hardware/software, camera systems, network video recorders, communication hardware such as radios, towers, and network hardware. Additionally, responsibilities include support of in‑house designed specialty hardware/software for field operations. Other duties will include the set up and configuration of IT hardware, software, cameras, network, and telecom equipment needed to support Division drilling, completion, and production operations.

Applicant must have a high school diploma or GED. A two‑year technical or four‑year college degree in Information Systems related technology is a plus. Applicant must have 1+ years of experience working with PC systems including hardware, software, and Microsoft operating systems support. Knowledge of network devices (Cisco, Extreme, etc.) is a plus. Applicant must have 1+ years of experience working with MS Office products including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Successful candidate must have good interpersonal working skills and be able to interface with diverse groups of people who have varying degrees of knowledge related to the utilization of computer systems and software. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential. Applicant must be willing to work after hours and on weekends. Good driving record required. Position will be filled at a level commensurate with experience.
