Head of Infrastructure & Reliability (Fintech):
Leading the infrastructure engineering team and managing the backbone of a high-growth financial platform with an accent on Kubernetes platforms, CI/CD tooling, and cloud infrastructure. Focus on driving a culture of reliability, scalability, and security while partnering with leadership to ensure infrastructure supports business velocity.

Finom is a European startup building an all-in-one financial B2B solution that integrates banking, accounting, and financial management for entrepreneurs.

• Own and evolve the core cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes platforms.
• Lead and mentor a team of SRE and Dev Ops engineers.
• Drive improvements in system reliability, scalability, and security across the platform.
• Manage and optimize CI/CD tooling to enable high engineering velocity.
• Partner with engineering and product leadership to align infrastructure strategy with business goals.

• Proven leadership experience managing SRE or Dev Ops teams.
• Deep expertise in Kubernetes and cloud-native infrastructure management.
• Strong background in designing and maintaining robust CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience driving reliability and security initiatives in high-load environments.
