IT & Payment Director (Fintech):
Overseeing technology strategy, IT operations, and payment infrastructure to support global business objectives with an accent on secure system integration and strategic resource management. Focus on leading technology teams, ensuring high-level compliance, and driving digital transformation across a complex B2B2C ecosystem.

• Develop and implement comprehensive technology strategies aligned with core business objectives.
• Manage IT operations, ensuring the efficiency, security, and scalability of all internal and external systems.
• Provide senior leadership to the technology team, fostering a culture of innovation and high performance.
• Oversee technology budgets and resource allocation to optimize delivery and performance.
• Ensure strict compliance with technology standards, industry regulations, and cybersecurity protocols.
• Collaborate across functional departments to integrate and scale technology solutions within the B2B2C ecosystem.

• Location:
  Must be based in Frankfurt am Main or Vienna for hybrid work.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 10+ years of professional experience in IT management.
• 5+ years of experience in a formal leadership role.
• Proficiency in architecture design, cybersecurity, infrastructure management, and SDLC.
• Strong ability in strategic decision-making and stakeholder management.
• CISSP or equivalent certification is preferred.
