Technical Program Manager (AI):
Driving the end-to-end delivery of frontier AI solutions for EMEA public sector and defence clients with an accent on navigating stringent security, regulatory compliance, and data sovereignty requirements. Focus on bridging complex engineering capabilities with ministerial and government needs while managing high-stakes, multi-stakeholder deployment programs.

Must be based in or able to work from London, UK, or Germany (Hybrid).

• Manage end-to-end technical program delivery for government and defence customers from deployment to production.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for departmental CIOs and IT leadership.
• Translate complex regulatory requirements into actionable engineering plans and roadmaps.
• Navigate government procurement processes, security authorisations, and algorithmic impact assessments.
• Coordinate technical work across internal ML, engineering, and platform teams for model customization and integration.
• Ensure delivery of solutions meeting government-grade security, privacy, and performance standards.

• 7+ years of experience as an Engineering or Technical Program Manager.
• At least 2 years in customer-facing technical delivery for enterprise software or AI/ML.
• Experience working with government, defence, or heavily regulated sectors.
• Eligibility to obtain UK or German government security clearance (Top Secret preferred).
• Strong understanding of enterprise software deployment architectures (cloud, hybrid, air-gapped).
• Excellent communication skills to translate complex AI concepts for non-technical government officials.

• Active UK or German security clearance (Secret or Top Secret).
• Bilingual proficiency in English and German.
• Experience with GC Cloud services (Azure, AWS Gov Cloud) or Protected B/C environments.
• Project management certification (PMP, PgMP).
