Blockchain Developer (Web3):
Designing and developing blockchain-based applications and system architectures with an accent on implementing, testing, and maintaining smart contracts. Focus on integrating blockchain solutions into existing backend systems and ensuring the integrity and traceability of transactions.

Onsite in Ochtrup, Germany

What you will do- Design and develop blockchain-based applications and system architectures.
- Implement, test, and maintain smart contracts (e.g., on Ethereum or comparable platforms).
- Integrate blockchain solutions into existing backend systems and application landscapes.
- Develop APIs and interfaces between blockchain networks and internal applications.
- Analyze security requirements and ensure the integrity, transparency, and traceability of transactions.
- Evaluate emerging Distributed Ledger Technologies (DLT) and bring innovative ideas into the organization.
- Collaborate closely with Development and IT teams to deliver scalable and production-ready solutions.
- Proven experience in developing blockchain-based applications.
- Hands‑on experience in smart contract development (e.g., Solidity).
- Familiarity with common blockchain platforms such as Ethereum or Hyperledger.
- Strong knowledge of at least one backend programming language (e.g., C#, Python, Go, Rust, or JavaScript/Node.js).
- Solid understanding of cryptography, consensus mechanisms, and decentralized architectures.
- Structured, analytical, and security-focused work approach.
- Confident communication in German and/or English (B2 required).
- Experience with Web3 technologies and wallet integrations.
- Knowledge of tokenization concepts or NFT standards.
- Experience in supply chain tracking or digital identity solutions.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and containerization.
- Experience conducting or supporting smart contract security audits.
