Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) in Franklin County, OH, seeks an IT Help Desk Technician to provide first-level support, troubleshoot issues, manage user accounts, and log interactions across telephone, chat, and in-person channels.
The ideal candidate has an Associate degree or equivalent IT certification, A+ certification, at least 3 years in a Windows-based helpdesk (Healthcare IT preferred), and strong customer service skills. Travel to multiple offices is required.
