Job SummaryProvides first-class technical support to internal clients by analyzing, determining, and resolving client issues. Coordinates with internal teams to answer client questions and address problems. Escalates unresolved issues to specialized teams as needed. Responsible for ensuring high client satisfaction with all technical support services provided.
Essential Functions- Provide exceptional technical support to internal users via multiple channels (phone, email, ticketing systems, etc.).
- Analyze, diagnose, and resolve software, hardware, and network issues for internal clients.
- Maintain detailed documentation of all support activities and issue resolutions.
- Cooperate with other internal teams to provide thorough responses to client inquiries.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to specialized or higher-tier technical teams in a timely manner.
- Follow established troubleshooting procedures and recommend process improvements where applicable.
- Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality support and maintaining ongoing communication during issue resolution.
- Participate in regular training and stay updated with new technologies, products, and support practices.
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in a technical support or helpdesk environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred
- Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to client satisfaction.
- Experience with ticketing systems and support tools preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with common operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and enterprise software suites.
- Onsite, Work hours are usually 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. but could require after hours and weekend work to complete projects on time
