Packages Group, one of Pakistan’s largest and most diversified industrial groups with a legacy of excellence since 1957, is expanding its team and looking for talented SAP professionals to join our Lahore office. We are currently hiring for two key positions in SAP ABAP and ERP Sales.

• Assistant Manager - SAP ABAP Company:
  Packages Limited

• Develop, customize, and enhance SAP ABAP applications to support business processes and digital transformation initiatives.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues in SAP systems, ensuring stable and efficient business operations.
• Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to convert business requirements into technical solutions.
• Design and implement SAP solutions using modern technologies such as SAP BTP, Fiori, CPI PI/PO, and Datasphere (DWC).
• Prepare technical documentation and provide ongoing support, maintenance, and performance optimization for SAP applications.

• Education:
  
  Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.
• Experience:
  
  Minimum 3-4 years of ABAP hands-on experience in ECC & S/4 HANA, including exposure to various SAP modules and functionalities.
• Certification: SAP ABAP Certification / one full SAP Implementation experience will be a plus.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Proactive and responsible.
• Team collaboration and leadership potential.

• Configure and support the SAP module in line with business requirements.
• Conduct gap analysis, document functional specifications, and support design workshops.
• Lead UAT preparation and execution with business users.
• Provide training, documentation, and process hand holding during rollouts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for system enhancement and integration.
• Contribute to business process reengineering initiatives using SAP tools.
• Escalate and resolve critical functional issues proactively.

• Education:
  
  MBA/BBA/BS CS/Engineering or equivalent.
• Certification: SAP certification in the relevant domain (preferred).
• Experience:
  
  4-5 years of domain + SAP experience.
• Participation in 2-3 implementation or enhancement projects.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good presentation and communication skills.
• Proactive and responsible with strong customer service orientation.
• Team collaboration and leadership potential.
