Duties

Help

  • Provides MAJCOM functional managers resolutions to complex system problems.
  • Recommends tests, equipment modification, training for users and maintainers, and correction to design deficiencies through evaluation of operational capability of systems/equipment and review of performance date against standards.
  • Assists in troubleshooting and repairing difficult and unusual problems including those which have not been previously resolved.
  • Acts as Technical Content Manager for assigned technical data.
