IT Support Specialist - 3rd Shift

• Perform hands-on troubleshooting and maintenance of computers, printers, hardware, and software
• Document and track issues in software and hardware operation
• Manage customer expectations and maintain ownership of all cases
• Provide documentation and support for custom development projects
• Contribute to the overall quality of the product by creating effective problem reports
• Assist in testing new software and program releases prior to installation
• Create and deliver training materials and conduct training sessions with employees on software

• High school or equivalent required
• 1+ years of networking, help desk, hardware, and software support experience
• A working knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software
• Proficiency with Chrome, Windows, and Mac operating systems
• Experience with iOS and Android mobile devices
• Must be comfortable walking several miles per shift across a large production floor.
• Ability to safely lift, push, pull, and move equipment or packages up to 30 lbs.
• Requires full-time, on-site work in a factory environment on 3rd shift
