Location: Grandview Heights
INEOS Pigments USA is hiring an HRIS Analyst to manage and optimize the HRIS ecosystem, focusing on SAP Success Factors Employee Central and related implementations. You will lead EC work streams for EC, ECP, and UKG integration, collaborating with HR, Payroll and Benefits teams.
The role is 100% onsite in Ohio, with a strong emphasis on system configuration, reporting, and user support for BAU and project activities. A degree in HR/IT and experience with Success Factors EC Core are required.
