We are looking for a data-driven Analyst II, Analytics to join our team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between raw data and business strategy by developing automated dashboards, performing deep-dive analyses, and communicating actionable insights to stakeholders. This is a remote-friendly position suited for a mid-level professional with strong SQL skills and a passion for storytelling through data.

Role Overview:
The Analyst II, Analytics will support our data initiatives by ensuring data integrity and delivering high-impact visualizations. You will work within the Google Cloud Platform ecosystem to transform complex datasets into clear, executive-level insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis & Modeling:
  Write and optimize complex SQL queries in Big Query to extract, clean, and model data for reporting.
• Visualization:
  Design, build, and maintain high-performance automated dashboards in Tableau.
• Pipeline Monitoring:
  Interface with Airflow to monitor data workflows and ensure reporting accuracy and freshness.
• Stakeholder
  
  Collaboration:
  
  Partner with business leaders to define KPIs and present findings that drive departmental strategy.
• Continuous Improvement:
  Assist in the potential migration or implementation of Looker for self-service analytics.

Required Qualifications:

• 2–4 years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL (ETL logic, window functions, and performance tuning).
• Hands-on experience building production-level dashboards in Tableau.
• Experience working within GCP (Big Query) or a similar cloud data warehouse.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with Looker (LookML) or other modern BI modeling layers.
• Basic understanding of Airflow for scheduling and monitoring data pipelines.
• Experience with Python for data manipulation or automation.
