Pepper Construction is seeking an IT Help Desk Technician (Level 1-2) to deliver frontline IT support from our Lockland, OH office with occasional site travel. You will manage user onboarding, troubleshoot Windows devices, and support Microsoft 365, Entra /Azure AD, and Intune in a modern cloud environment.
Responsibilities include resolving issues via phone, email, and ticketing, supporting Teams Rooms and AV equipment, and maintaining secure access through MFA and endpoint protection.
