Manager, IT​/Tech

A Manager is a strategic contributor and trusted client partner with strong expertise in real-world evidence (RWE), consulting delivery, and project leadership. The role is responsible for managing multiple client engagements across pharmaceutical and healthcare organizations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to high scientific and operational standards. The Manager serves as a key point of contact for clients, driving collaboration, identifying opportunities for account growth, and ensuring overall client satisfaction.

In addition to overseeing project execution, the role contributes to operational planning, cross-functional coordination, business development support, and continuous improvement initiatives within a fast-paced consulting environment.

Managing multiple RWE and strategic consulting projects, ensuring timely delivery, scientific quality, and client satisfaction.

Serving as a key client contact and maintaining strong client relationships throughout project life cycles.

Leading the development, review, and delivery of client-ready outputs including reports, protocols, presentations, and analytical deliverables.

Leading and overseeing advanced statistical analyses and methodologies for RWE studies, including survival analysis, propensity score methods, external control arm studies, NMAs, and related approaches using Stata, R, SAS, or SPSS.

Supporting analytical and methodological activities related to observational studies and evidence generation projects.

Managing project risks, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation in a proactive and solutions-oriented manner.

Supporting account growth through identification of follow-on opportunities, proposal development, and broader client engagement activities.

Contributing to operational excellence and process improvement initiatives to enhance quality, efficiency, and delivery standards.

Providing guidance, mentorship, and scientific support to junior team members as appropriate.

Master’s degree in Biostatistics, Epidemiology, Health Economics, Public Health, Pharmacology, Data Science, or another relevant scientific discipline required; MBA, MD, or PhD desirable.

7–10 years of experience in consulting, clinical research, health research, or pharmaceutical environments with strong client-facing project management experience.

Strong expertise in data management, analytical design, and real-world evidence methodologies, including observational research and critical review of analytical outputs.

Hands‑on experience with statistical software and analytical tools such as Stata, R, SAS, SPSS, and MS Excel.

Excellent communication, client management, organizational, and problem‑solving skills with full professional proficiency in English.

Strong business acumen with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced consulting environment.

Proactive, resilient, and solutions‑oriented mindset with strong leadership, collaboration, and stakeholder management capabilities.

Familiarity with European healthcare systems and data landscapes.
