AMER Controls Manager

Amazon Web Services (AWS) seeks an AMER Schedule Controls Manager to lead schedule governance for large, complex cloud and infrastructure programs across the Americas. In this role, you will design and manage standardized scheduling frameworks, tools, and dashboards, drive critical-path and risk analysis, and ensure data quality across portfolios. You will collaborate with engineering, product, and operations teams, enabling informed decisions through metrics and scenario modeling.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional schedule controls strategy and governance for AWS programs across the Americas.
• Develop, standardize, and maintain project scheduling frameworks, tools, and templates.
• Own schedule risk analysis, critical-path assessments, and mitigation planning for complex initiatives.
• Build and maintain dashboards and metrics to track schedule performance and forecast impacts.
• Partner with engineering, product, and operations teams to integrate schedules and dependencies.
• Drive continuous improvement in scheduling processes using data-driven insights and best practices.
• Support portfolio planning, capacity analysis, and scenario modeling for large-scale programs.
• Mentor and guide stakeholders on scheduling standards, tools, and methodologies.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance with AWS policies in all schedule artifacts.
• Communicate schedule status, risks, and trade-offs to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
