Job Description:
What will you do? Under general direction assists Infrastructure Specialist (IS) at assigned Developmental Centers and/or offices Images computing devices, salvages hardware, and performs general IT work Assists with troubleshooting networking issues Takes directions from IS staff pertaining to IT coverage at the facility and assists with DC requests through Service Now tickets Attends meetings & takes notes when needed Performs other duties as assigned within scope of internship Why Work for the State of Ohio At the State of Ohio, we take care of the team that cares for Ohioans.
