Project Manager IT – Agile Coach​/SAFe

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coaching teams and leaders, facilitating SAFe practices, improving delivery flow, and helping organizations become more Agile and outcome-focused.

• Coach Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Agile teams, and organizational leaders.
• Facilitate PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, Inspect & Adapt, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies
  .
• Drive Agile maturity, continuous improvement, and high-performing team development.
• Help teams improve flow, predictability, prioritization, and dependency management.
• Support SAFe transformation, organizational change, and Agile operating models.
• Promote Lean thinking, servant leadership, transparency, collaboration, and business outcomes.

• 5+ years of hands-on Agile experience.
• 3+ years of Agile coaching experience.
• Strong understanding of SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and Agile principles
  .
• Proven experience coaching teams and leaders and facilitating organizational change.
• Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent Agile transformation experience.

Preferred: SPC, SA, CSM, PSM, CSP, or Lean Six Sigma certification. Experience in automotive, manufacturing, smart factory, or digital transformation is a plus.
