Tru Cut Incorporated seeks an ERP & Business Systems Analyst to support and optimize core manufacturing and business applications. In this role, you will translate user needs into system requirements, configure and maintain ERP modules, and ensure accurate data flow across production, inventory, purchasing, and finance. You will analyze processes, develop reports and dashboards, and partner with operations, finance, and IT to drive efficiency and data accuracy.
This position suits a detail oriented analyst who enjoys hands on work in a precision manufacturing environment focused on quality and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Support, configure, and maintain ERP and related business systems
- Gather and document business requirements from manufacturing, operations, and finance teams
- Map and improve business processes across production, inventory, purchasing, and finance
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to support data driven decisions
- Ensure data integrity and troubleshoot system and data issues
- Coordinate system changes, testing, and deployments with IT and business users
- Provide user training, documentation, and ongoing functional support
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to drive system enhancements and efficiency
- Assist with integrations between ERP and other business applications
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in a precision manufacturing environment
