Job Description
Join our Farmers Insurance Agency, a dynamic insurance agency that is currently seeking a Medicaid/Medicare Specialist with an active Health Insurance license, or willing to get licensed with support from the agency. We are dedicated to serving our local community and building lasting relationships with our clients.
As a Medicaid/Medicare Specialist, you will have the opportunity to provide personalized insurance solutions to our valued clients. Your role will involve conducting client consultations, assessing their insurance needs, and offering tailored advice. You will handle inbound calls, address client inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service at all times.

- Manage all the day to day tasks of your agency
- Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
- Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
- Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
- Share training and education knowledge and expertise with team members.
- Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.
- Be outstanding at relationship building.
- Provides on‑going support to insurance clients as needed.
- Licensing, Registrations & Experience
- Appropriate licenses and/or authorizations to sell life insurance, annuities and financial products offered by FWNL and FFS.
- At least 1 year of customer‑facing sales experience in the Life and Financial Services industry.
- Agree to transfer any existing Series 6, 7 and/or 63 FINRA registrations to a designated Broker/Dealer, and to terminate any concurrent or dual registration; or agree to take the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) Exam and obtain a Series 6 or 7 registration and, if applicable, the Series 63 registration within ninety (90) days of a written request.
