Insurance Customer Service Agent

This is a full-time on-site role for an Insurance Customer Service Agent, located in Westerville, OH. The role involves assisting clients with their insurance needs, such as providing policy information, responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The agent will maintain accurate records, process changes, and collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery. Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients is a key aspect of this role.

• Expertise in Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Experience
• Proficiency working as a Customer Service Representative or in Customer Support
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to navigate multiple systems and manage client information effectively
• Detail-oriented with the ability to handle sensitive client data confidentially
• Previous experience in an insurance or service-related field is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• Ohio Porperty & Casualty license required
