CSR / Junior Producer Hybrid

• New Haven Location
  :
  Base salary up to $50,000 + commissions on new business (2% of agency premium, paid one time).
• Wellington Location
  :
  Base salary up to $55,000 (absolute cap; $40,000–$50,000 preferred) + commissions on new business (2% of agency premium, paid one time).

• New Haven Location
  :
  • Serve as a generalist CSR, managing a variety of tasks including reviewing and writing new business.
  • Handle a round-robin workflow and address day-to-day needs as they arise.
  • Manage a book of business with a premium size of $3.2 million.
• Wellington Location
  :
  • Perform CSR duties with additional producer responsibilities.
  • Manage a book of business with a premium size of $2.7 million.
  • Work closely with a senior producer and adapt to a structured yet dynamic environment.
• Handle personal lines, commercial lines, and farm accounts.
• Communicate effectively with clients, carriers, and team members.
• Utilize the EPIC agency management system to manage accounts and workflows.

• Licenses/Certifications
  :
  Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Experience
  :
  • New Haven:
    Open to candidates with less than 5 years of experience; early-career professionals are encouraged to apply.
  • Wellington:
    Preference for more experienced candidates who can work effectively in a demanding environment.
• Technical Skills
  :
  • Familiarity with the EPIC agency management system is preferred but not required.
  • Experience with Hawksoft or similar systems is acceptable.
